• As you enter Glaisdale, look for the Arncliffe Arms Pub at the bottom of the village (avoiding the ‘local traffic only’ sign if entering Glaisdale at the top);
• Immediately opposite the pub, take the green lane marked ‘local traffic only’;
• Follow this lane all the way along until you come to the first white-door garage on your left (before you climb the hill!) – it is opposite the garage marked “Dixon Estate”
• Park to the right on this driveway located at the bottom of the stone steps.
• You have reached Benchmark Cottage and can access the property via the stone steps, or up the hill through the white gate on your left.
